- We try to process orders quickly and with the utmost care, please allow for up to 3 days for orders to be shipped. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email for your reference.

- We take care to note conditions and supply multiple product photos of one-off items for our customer’s consideration. Due to the nature of the collection, some items may be several years old and may contain various levels of shelf wear, discoloration, and imperfections. All Items featured and purchased are considered AS IS. We encourage customers to review the item's description and all pictures before ordering.

- All returns must be authorized within 3 days of delivery confirmation (date valid from the shipping service). If by chance you received a damaged package, please take a series of clear photos of the damage and email us at SHOP@BINKMEDIA.COM so we can start the claim process.
